Chef Paul Virant brings his downtown pedigree to the 'burbs. Vie (pronounced "vee") offers a seasonally inspired menu emphasizing locally produced products. With a room that brings a touch of eclectic glamour, melding 1930s, 1940s and 1950s design elements, this is the first Western Springs restaurant since Prohibition to serve alcohol. It features 85 wine selections, half from smaller American boutique labels.
