This casual, relaxed spot serves freshly-prepared Mediterranean fare such as fire-roasted pizzas, homemade pastas, toasted paninis and hand-tossed gourmet salads. But there's no waiter hovering over your table: Food is ordered directly from individual stations with chefs who prepare each dish right in front of you, with your tab tallied up on a chip-card system. This high-tech set-up also makes it easy to enjoy a before- or after-dinner drink in the adjacent lounge or bar. Red hues warm up the space, and decor is inspired by both fashion and function: Herb gardens are placed atop each of the communal tables, not only serving as decoration but helping to spice up the dishes as well.
