Chef Michael Shrader (formerly of Nine and Epic) serves up "European global" cuisine at this Little Italy restaurant. The menu is highly seasonal and always rotating, with a focus on seafood, whole fish roasted out of a wood-burning oven. Pull up a stool at the bar and partake in the raw bar with oysters on the half shell, clams and shrimp, or book one of 12 seats at the chef's table, where Shrader will take you through a worldwide tour of multiple courses and wine pairings. The interior has an industrial-chic feel with rustic wood floors and tables, as well as exposed brick and beams.
