Patrick Bertoletti, winner of Food Network's "Food Court Wars," has moved his restaurant from the suburbs to Lincoln Square. Each dish on the small menu has a base of chips covered with rich toppings such as chorizo gravy, barbecue pulled pork and beer-braised ground beef. Many of the dishes are gluten free, though carb-lovers can indulge in bags of banana, horchata or nutella doughnuts.
