The Hoffman Estates tavern serves both traditional and Cajun-inspired American dishes, with options such as classic crispy calamari and onion rings, as well as creole mozzarella logs, Cajun fried green beans and escargot in browned butter. Guests can order everything from salads (the wedge, bayou beef black and bleu and more), to meatloaf, ribs, soup, po' boys, pasta, brick oven pizza and burgers. The options don't stop there - Stone Eagle also features an oyster bar with Long Island Blue Point oysters, old bay shrimp and mussels.
