The Peninsula Hotel's 75-seat restaurant offers upscale Chinese cuisine that showcases plenty of regional specialties. Entrees include Cantonese steamed fish with ginger and cilantro or wok-fried lobster with Asian greens and yellow chives. There's also a daily dim sum assortment. During warm weather, hotel guests and local nine-to-fivers flock to the cabana-lined terrace for cocktails and a few of Michigan Avenue from four floors up.
