Alpana Singh's follow-up to The Boarding House offers twists on American clubhouse fare such as lobster cobb salad and lamb ribs prepared by Chris Curren (Blue 13). The master sommelier curates the selection of 250 American wines, supplemented with domestic beers and seasonal twists on classic cocktails. The 12,000-square-foot space features an 85-seat dining room decorated with crystal chandeliers, crushed velvet booths, reclaimed wood and bronze-tinted stucco walls, plus three private party areas. Look out for seating on Michigan Avenue come spring.
