This Latin-American rum bar serves up authentic cuisine from the region owner Nils Westlind grew up including Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, and Peru.  Chef Cory Morris added a contemporary twist serving items in small bites, and in sharable portions for the table.  Entree items include Coxinha de Galinha, roasted chicken croquettes with frisse and aioli; Matambre, cured beef, heirloom carrot, egg, and chimichurri emulsion; and Pescado Fritto, a whole fried Red Snapper served with coconut-cola rice and fried plantain. Beverage director Allie Kim created new cocktails based on the classics: Juleps, Daiquiris, and Caipirinhas.
