R3 hosts 24 revolutionary RealRyder bikes that simulate an outdoor ride. The RealRyder bikes allow you to turn, lean, steer, race and climb. The new cycling studio currently hosts three to four 45-minute classes a day. This 5-in-1 workout focuses on the whole body, not simply legs and cardio. This core-focused "ryde" engages upper body, balance, increased calorie burn, and strengthens the mind-muscle connection. Each ryder burns anywhere between 700-1,000 calories a class.
