This ramen-focused restaurant from chef Se Jin Yim includes a 15-seat bar serving drinks such as the signature Oiistar martini, made from booze infused with cucumber ("oii" in Korean). The dining room features an open kitchen that seats about 50 patrons. In addition to ramen, Oiistar serves appetizers such as an array of buns with ingredients like glazed pork, tempura shrimp and saltimbocca, to name a few, as well as Yim's spicy take on Korean kimchi and French onion soup, made with cabbage, roasted pork and sausage and topped with melted provolone cheese.
