Mega-sized French windows open right onto Devon Avenue at this Edgebrook Italian spot where chef John Boudouvas has gathered a neighborhood following with a menu full of salads, pizzas, pastas and other Italian-style dishes. Standouts include house-cured salmon on crispy ?at bread with arugula, cherry tomatoes and herbed mascarpone, and cavatelli with house-made sausage, toasted walnuts and sundried tomatoes in gorgonzola cream sauce. The 75-seat dining room is open and airy, and you can find snapshots of the owners’ daughters, for whom the restaurant is named (mia figlia means "my daughter" in Italian), up front.
