The American gastropub takes its pride in the midwest seriously - the joint sources nearly all of its food from local producers. Guests can dine on a local grass fed burger, a local 21 days aged grass fed steak, line caught fish, braised local pork shoulder and more. Those not too fond of meat can also enjoy items from the "veggie" menu, such as a grilled portobella torte or baby pumpkin risotto. The restaurant sources their meat from Hoosier grass fed beef ranch in Attica, IN, Montalbano farm in Sandwich, IL and other local farms.
