Taking the farm-to-table philosophy to another level, Homestead on the Roof has its own 1,000-square-foot organic garden, two hanging gardens and dozens of planter boxes. Those fresh plants are found accompanying executive chef Chris Davies dishes, which include pig head croquettes and seared scallops, and in the cocktail menu that rotates every few weeks. The spot features an 80-foot patio and 65 seats inside. The cocktail menu features specialty drinks like vodka with lavender, aperol, strawberry-peppercorn and lemon, or opt for wine by the glass, bottle or sparkling. Nosh on snacks, salads, medium and large plates, as well as desserts.
