Gluten-free and nut-free wraps, paninis and salads are the stars of the show at Green Bean, a Lincoln Park counter-service spot. Chef Mike Watson says he hopes to redefine fast food as healthy and affordable — and prove that gluten-free food doesn't have to taste like cardboard. He recommends the steak Spanish wrap with a side of tempura-battered green beans to first-time customers; the restaurant's steak and chicken are marinated for two days to lock in flavor.  Menu options come in the form of wraps, paninis and salad. Simply add your ingredients ranging from proteins to veggies and a flavor profile ranging from Spanish, to Asian to Greek.  Soups and sides offered as well.
