Chef-owner Matt Maroni specializes in "naan-wiches"--fresh-baked naan sandwiches stuffed with exotic ingredients such as short ribs and wild boar belly--at this casual Edgewater spot. You can also score many of Maroni's offerings on his mobile food truck, the Gaztro-Wagon, on the move throughout Chicago on most days (track it by following @wherezthewagon on Twitter). The truck also offers soups, plantain chips and sweet treats such as oatmeal cream pies from Fritz Pastry. Even if you catch the truck out on its route, there's still reason to go to the Edgewater storefront: You'll be able to order from the full food roster (versus select mobile items), plus there'll be strawberry-almond and pistachio-caramel milkshakes.
