This West Loop outpost of the Toronto-based chain makes healthful eating as easy as 1-2-3. One: Grab a clipboard and select the style of food you want: salad, wrap, bowl or soup (think noodle or rice soup). Two: Customize it with toppings, which include chicken, turkey, albacore tuna and a ton of veggies. Three: Top it off with a flavor. Dressings include low-cal (balsamic vinegar) to the less-so (Caesar). You'll also find healthy breakfast items such as organic oatmeal and yogurt parfaits, plus nibbles and even frozen yogurt.
