The Manaves - the family that runs this joint - knows restaurants: Matt Manaves opened his first restaurant in the 1950s. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the kitchen serves up American classics, such as pancakes, waffles and eggs for breakfast and hot sandwiches, burgers and wraps for lunch. For dinner, guests can enjoy hearty specials, such as ribs, pork chops, Grecian style chicken and perch. The lighter appetite can order one of the Dapp's various salads, with classics like the Julienne, Caesar and Greek. But don't get lost in all these savory options: for dessert, sweet-toothed guests can order up old-school faves, such as banana splits, whipped cream sodas, malts and shakes.
