CRUX is an underground supper club-style event that's a collaborative effort between a panel of four chefs in a monthly or bi-monthly pop-up dinner. Founded by Brandon Baltzley (formerly of Mado), you'll find everything from a fine dining revival menu for $300 a head to a junk-food pop-up for $30 a head. Think food truck variety and spontaneity without the truck.
