Joseph Heppe of Untitled serves as executive chef at this River North spot, designing regularly changing menus that fuse different cuisines in the same dish such as charred burrata on naan and beef tartar with uni aioli. The name comes from the drink selection, which focuses on oak-aged spirits including whiskey and tequila, and the decor which uses brick and uncovered wood to give the impression of an old building that's survived a fire.
