This Belmont-Cragin eatery serves basic Mexican eats (tacos, tortas, burritos) and traditional south-of-the-border breakfast fare, but the real draw is the two signature dishes: carnitas, rich pieces of slow-cooked pork, and menudo, a stew-like dish made from cow or pig intestines.
