Offered in addition to an a la carte selection of standard dinner offerings, The Publican’s “What We Love” menu is served family-style and includes delicacies such as Lady Edison country ham with pepper jam, goat butter and peasant bread, Mt. Lassen trout featuring maitake mushrooms, black currant and Amaro Montenegro and duck confit accompanied by cannelloni beans, boudin blanc, baby romaine and salsa verde.
