Chef de Cuisine Ryan Pfeiffer brings into the Blackbird kitchen his friend Chef Kevin Finch, formerly of the acclaimed three Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant Atelier Crenn in San Fransisco, for a collaborative dinner. They create small bites and plates for this eight-course sit-down dinner with wine pairings. Highlights include: turbot misoyaki with yuzu and reserve white sturgeon caviar, Monterrey Bay abalone with kuri squash and brown butter, duck xiao long bao with shiitake and ponzu and much more.
