Learn the art of making Turducken (a turkey stuffed with a duck stuffed with a chicken) with Chef Gregory Ellis. Recipes, hands-on instruction and tips on what to ask for at the butcher will be discussed, as well as taste tests. Space is limited to 30 people per class, call ahead for reservations.
