Chef and owner Zoe Schor hosts a dinner party in the main dining room at Split-Rail, the first in an ongoing experience meant to foster conversation and connection. The dinners won’t be every Tuesday, nor will Schor’s menus repeat, but each will have a free-flowing, intimate vibe, with plenty of food, drink and ambiance.   For the first dinner, which starts at 7 p.m., guests will be greeted with a cocktail, the Split-Rail Martini, served up.
