“Extraordinary Artwork” reveals twenty-six new pieces from some of the top Native American artists across the country including John Nieto (Navajo), Neil David Sr. (Hopi), Woody Crumbo (Potawatomi), Chris Pappan (Osage), Rachel Namingha Nampeyo (Hopi/Tewa), and many more. Join for this opening tour by Joseph Gackstetter and learn more about the lives and artwork of these American Indian artists. The museum is open Tuesday-Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and Sunday noon to 4 p.m. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for seniors, students and children, and Free for Mitchell Museum members and Tribal citizens.
