With Poland in the news, Jay Sorkin examines a film loosely based on the 1941 pogrom in Jedwabne, where half the town's residents killed the other (Jewish) half. Called the most controversial Polish film ever made, it touched a raw nerve among Poles when it was released in 2012, and recently passed laws in Poland prove that not much has changed. Anti-Semitic or anti-Polish? Were Poles perpetrators or victims? Jay will discuss these questions and more.
