A four-hour summer cooking adventure to explore the tastes, smells, and textures created in a home-style kitchen. Campers work in groups of 3, using pairing knives and stove top burners, shopping their ingredients, following a recipe, eating their creations, and learning the crucial kitchen skill—clean as you go. Menu includes: black bean veggie burgers with garlic aioli and caramelized onions, sweet potato fries, blueberry cobbler, green supreme smoothie.
