Steel Mace 101 is a whole body conditioning class utilizing the steel mace and bodyweight exercises. This class covers, basic steel mace movements (squat, hip hinge, pull, press) and incorporates bodyweight exercises and ends with spinal decompression, mobility, and durability exercises to strengthen joints and micro muscles.
