The each course of this five-course meal is paired with a different wine. The menu includes pork belly-wrapped shrimp, crab salad bite, octopus with bone marrow and Peruvian potatoes, king salmon carpaccio with rhubarb chutney and housemade bread, fresh farmers' market spring peas with jamon iberico and poached egg, lamb chop with spring onion confit, bone-in short rib with harissa rub and chickpea salad, pistachio cake and marcona almond gelato.
