White Oak Tavern and Inn lets Executive Chef John Asbaty go to town with a pre fixe menu to wring out the old and ring in the new. "In commemoration of a big year that included the recent opening of his new chef-driven neighborhood restaurant, ... Asbaty will present five courses, each of which incorporates local ingredients and meticulous preparation," according to promotional materials. Seatings are being offered at around 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Optional wine pairing suggestions (for an additional price) will be offered for each course.
