Join 13-time James Beard Award-winning food reporter Steve Dolinsky as he visits the North American Pizza & Culinary Academy for a demo, discussion and book signing of his debut book, “Pizza City, USA: 101 Reasons Why Chicago is America’s Greatest Pizza Town.” What began as a quest to discover the best pizza in the city turned into a two-year, 200+ pizza sojourn throughout Chicagoland.
