Milktooth does an all-day, Midwestern-inspired food and drink takeover at the Wicker Park Tex-Mex diner; like breakfast miso soup with pickled kombu and beech mushrooms, yucca latkes with acorn squash jam and pickled melon rind and more. In the evening, Milktooth’s Jonathan Brooks and Dove’s Luncheonette Chef de Cuisine Tom Carlin craft a joint selection of dishes including seared tuna sandwich on Texas toast and bacon-wrapped rabbit hot dogs with Southern-inspired Mexican toppings.
