At the table, Steaksmanship translates to a collection of three signature cuts rarely seen together on one menu, let alone on the same plate.   The stars of Steaksmanship are: ·       A 16-ounce Bone-In Filet Mignon ·       A 16-ounce Linz Heritage Reserve Prime Delmonico, dry-aged for 45 days ·       An 8-ounce Mishima Reserve Ultra American Wagyu Strip Loin, Manhattan Cut.   Impressively marbled and incomparably tender, the steaks are served sliced on a single rotating platter. They’re accompanied by three carefully selected salts—Himalayan pink salt, Maldon sea salt and Pinot-infused sea salt—and three housemade sauces: balsamic ginger jus, truffled porcini bordelaise and Roth Buttermilk Blue fondue.
