Learn the ancient practice of Mantras & Mudras – A healing tool for the physical, emotional and psychic body that has the subtle, potent power to transform your life. In this workshop we will learn how to stimulate and nurture different parts of the body and direct the flow of energy using hand gestures. Also, we will learn how to incorporate simple chants in our daily meditation and pranayama (breathing) practice to enhance the emotional and spiritual well being.
