Wondered how monks and other religious persons seem to live long and happy lives? St. Benedict in his Rules for Monks introduced a vision for a long and full life more than 1,500 years ago, and his vision is alive and in fruition today. This course shares how the values within the Benedictine tradition can transfer to one's daily life and improve its quality and one's longevity. Focus on developing a healthy balance between the spirit, mind and body. This class includes a tour of St. Procopius Abbey in Lisle.
