Chicago During the Great War is presented by Richard Flint, Lisle Library trustee and COD Adjunct Professor of Math. This coincides with the 100th anniversary of the end of WWI on Nov. 11, 1918. Historian Richard Flint looks back at how the war transformed Chicago's cultural institutions, personalities and, of course, politics. Along with the presentation, the Lisle Library will be on hand to check out materials to card holders on books during this time period, but all are welcome to attend.
