Vanillekipferl relies on vanilla for its flavoring, and skilled hands in its baking, as the batter when hardened is very fragile. A deft, light touch helps create the "kipferl' or horseshoe shape without breaking the biscuit.Recipes will be provided, so that you can bake them at home, for a traditional holiday cookie swap, or to give as a homemade gift.
