Local social-planning org CitySwarm hosts this food-focused Earth Day celebration at the restaurant billed as the "greenest" by the Boston-based Green Restaurant Association.

Tickets include a 5:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. pickup at Clark and Lake Streets, small bites at the restaurant, a craft cocktail made with local spirits from Koval, a private tour of UG's rooftop farm and a chat with executive chef Matt Holmes on cooking with seasonal ingredients.

Next, board the trolley for a ride to Koval Distillery (5121 N. Ravenswood Ave.) where you get a private tour and samples. The night ends with a drop-off back at Clark and Lake Streets.
