Spanish chef Marcos Campos teaches this class at the Black Bull restaurant, which also features a flamenco dance and cajón demonstration class. Held in Spanish with English translation, the class will teach attendees how to make: Ajoblanco Malagueño, Salmorejo Cordobés, Gazpacho Andaluz, Aceitunas Aliñadas al estilo Jienense; Pipirrana Jienense; alioli ajo negro and tartar de tomate. "You will learn special tips about how these foods are prepared to make cooking at home both easy and enjoyable," according to an announcement.
