Here’s the deal: a half-pound prime beef patty cooked to order, topped with Dijon sun-dried tomato Ranch dressing, kale, red onion, tomato, Monterey Jack cheese, applewood-smoked peppered bacon, avocado slices and sunflower sprouts all piled high on toasted sourdough bread and served with a side of quinoa salad and grilled asparagus.
