A four-course dinner by three of Chicagoland's top talents: Chef Jonathan Goldsmith of Ravenswood's Spacca Napoli Pizzeria, Chef Gaetano Di Benedetto of Gaetano’s Restaurant in Forest Park, and baker Greg Wade of Publican Quality Bread. The trio will be firing up the oven to create Roman and Neopolitan-style pizzas, a variety of antipasti as well as Wade’s famous freshly-baked panettone with gelato for dessert and more. Wine and non-alcoholic beverages will also be served with proceeds of the event going to help the efforts of the Spence Farm Foundation. The tickets must be purchased in advance and are available online.
