Explore the basic science and techniques of cooking in this four week class designed for avid and novice cooks alike! This series is taught by The Chopping Block owner/chef, Shelley Young, and runs for four consecutive weeks. Participants will learn to distinguish parallels in flavor profiles, the theories of cooking meats, pasta and vegetables and how to properly plate food while gaining cooking experience in the process.
