JeanMarie Brownson, author of the IACP award-winning cookbook Dinner at Home, will demonstrate how to prepare the prosciutto parmesan puffs from her book before serving a family-style dinner of roasted beat, radicchio, and walnut salad; chicken osso bucco; crusty sliced baguette with herbed cheese spread; and latte brownies with ice cream. JeanMarie will also discuss her book and her passion for cooking.
