This French-inspired dinner kicks off with a variety of appetizers from which guests can choose, including sea scallops, sweet potato gnocchi, salmon and a fennel and arugula salad. Entree options include braised venison, walleye pike, veal, squash ravioli and short ribs. Finally, guests can choose one of three desserts, featuring orange Crepes Suzette, date & apple Clafoutis and Baked Alaska.
