This year, Silversmith Hote's Adamus' restaurant and lounge will offer an four course prix fixe Valentine's Day menu. The restaurant’s brand new executive chef, Cory Seykoski, created a lavish menu of sexy dishes, including diver sea scallop, blue prawn, and lump crab over ravioli, and pomegranate glazed duck breast, to name just a few courses.
