The new 2018-2019 season of the Beth Am Book discussion group, sadly, brings a goodbye to their wonderful faciliator, Judith Iglarsh, who will be missed. At their next session, they discuss: Little Fires Everywhere, written by Celeste Ng, and is lead by Deb Morton. A planned community is called Shaker Heights, in Ohio—a place of wealth, comfort, and stability—and the Richardson family, who live there, are a clan that embodies those traits. But a single mother, Mia, and her fifteen year old daughter, Pearl, rent a house in the area and their very different lives will merge with those of the Richardson family. Members and non-members of Beth Am are welcome to join. For additional information, contact Marge Shamberg Lewkovich, 847-727-0878
