In honor of the 20th anniversary of Blackbird, the best chefs in North America have been invited to collaborate on an exclusive dinner series titled "Blackbird at 20.” For the final installment of the series, Executive Chef-Partner Paul Kahan and current Chef de Cuisine Ryan Pfeiffer welcome Canadian chef and co-owner of award-winning Newfoundland restaurant, Raymond’s, Chef Jeremy Charles into the kitchen for a multi-course dinner.
