Participants are taught the skills needed to successfully make sauces, dressings and marinades at home. Learn how to make roux for three classic sauces: brown (gravy), red (tomato) and mornay (cheese). Also make an authentic curry, an Asian dipping sauce, a vinaigrette and discuss marinating. Eat your creations throughout the class. Participate in six Basic Skills Classes, get a 7th class for free. See Cooking School Team Member for a punch card.
