This class will feature taste testing of artisanal cheeses paired with Spanish and South American wines. Carnivale's Executive Chef David Dworshak and Sommelier Rebecca Green leads the discussion. Guest will also visit cheese stations from different regions with information about the cheese, wine pairings, regions and countries. Some of the feature cheeses are bores, Prairie Blue, Rosemary Manchego and Casa Bolo.
