There is a 50-item salad station with salads and soup, plus meats carved tableside by waiters dressed as gauchos. Open-flame roasted meats include bacon-wrapped filet mignon, Parmesan pork, ribs, lamb chops and Brazilian sausage served with sides like garlic-mashed potatoes and fried bananas. There is an equally meaty wine list, with around 750 selections. If you'd prefer a lighter meal, opt for the all-you-can-eat salad bar option.
